'The Waddington Way' is a selection of bespoke activities and experiences that enhance our children's learning at home. Each experience has been carefully chosen to enrich our pupils' social, moral, spiritual and cultural education and to encourage them to explore the Natural World around them. Our School Council, a group of staff, a Governor and Reverend Wood have compiled 'The Waddington Way' together. 

There are 5 experiences for each year group. Children complete these experiences, gaining an award on completion. Families share pictures of the children completing these with school, which are displayed for all to see. The aim of this initiative is for our families to enjoy some fun experiences together and explore our local area, developing their Cultural Capital.
